Allergies

I think....

I am allergic to some foods.. first I thought it was coffee with the creamers that made my stomach bloat to uncomfortable degrees, I stopped drinking coffee and the problem persist, I started to eat Oatmeal , I've tried fiber supplements, changed to eating Chinese food for lunch, eating simply tomatoes and cucumbers after work, eating grapes, cut out the cookies, and drink some days maybe one soda... Still the problem rages on.

Between these changes and dental issues, my eating has changed yet the stomach bloating continues.
I've done the medial test and they have found no physical issues with my stomach..

It's purely crazy.... so I will have test for allergies, to see if there is any kind of food substance I'm allergic to.

it has to be some items they can point to that is the root cause.

    Quoting  :

I must discuss this more with you... This cycle of issue is quite distracting and has become one that is overly irritating.

I was very healthy when I lived in LA, the weather was more conducive to me walking, riding my bicycle, drinking plenty of water.. and I found I was cooking in ways that was more healthy. here I don't eat with regularity, as some days, I simply don't want to eat much, but I probably snack on the wrong things, or go too long before I eat, then I eat too fast, because I often times bring my food back to the office and eat at my desk.

It's now spring weather here, so I'm focused on getting outside more, .....

Try peppermint tea and aniseed herbal tincture taken with hot water are effective in relieving bloated tummies.

And if we are stressed out, the level of digestive acids in our stomach drops. Meaning the food will need more time to be digested. Try to relax and unwind with some gentle exercises such as stretching, taking a long walk, deep breathing or meditation.

good on you woaini1947

your last comment is the most sensible for a healthy diet

limit the amount of types of foods we intake at one time
the hopi indian survived on corn and pumpkin(squash) and beans,
but as important was their ample clean high altitude air and lack of congestion, much direct sunlight and no computer
