Tree's -- things and other stuff. I am fond of trees, though I don't know the names of them as to what their type is .. many are simply amazingly beautiful to look at. This morning, the neighbors tree fell on the power line.. ( thank goodness it did not affect my power). I have the same type of tree, I don't think it is very strong to resist the wind, because last year I had a big limb fall from my tree of the same type. The power line is down and laying on the ground for about 3/4 of a block, and some people will not be able to get out of their driveway. the tree that fell, only gained its leaves in the past 2-3 weeks, only a few weeks ago it was covered with white flowers, that have all turned to a full set of busy green leaves. It's quite amazing how much the leaves weigh, and how well they catch the wind to make the tree fall, when the leaves are so full. It again shows the amazing power of nature, be it both the wind and or the tree.. Last week I came home and the Telephone pole by my house was leaning very bad, I sent an email and when I awaken they had temporarily fixed it by placing another pole next to it and drilling a hole and placing a big screw in it.. but they Marked it with 4 red x's. so I think they may change it out. Last year, the neighbor behind me, had vines that grew on the power line and every time the wind would blow our power would go out, they cleared away the vines and that problems has been less frequent. although the two weeks ago, the same yard that had the vines, had a tree uproot and fall on the home and destroyed the back portion of the home and downed the power lines. As I walked I see they have full removed the tree and rebuilt the portion of the home. Certainly after so many years, it is time for the Electric company to engage a campaign to start 'burying the power lines in some time of encased channel, because these areas get seasonal things, such as high winds, tornado's and hurricanes.. along with some years before I moved here, they had an ice storm which downed trees and the power lines. I only have 'one" large tree in my back yard, but my neighbors have many many many trees in their back yard. it looks good as being a 'rustic like setting", but they can be a very big problem as the tree age, or meet the impact of the wind. The women who lives next door, one of her tree limbs fell on my house and demolished it, and the guy who lives behind me had a tree that fell on a swing set that was in my yard when I bought the house. The tree in my front yard, may eventually have to come down, it smother the light and kills my grass in the summer. ( geez, that is a big expense to have it removed, and maybe cut down the hedges and make a smooth and green lawn, it is certain to change the curb appearance of the house . but there is nothing I can do about the many tree's in my neighbors yard... she surely must have close to 10-15+ trees. As I walked the community, I've counted more than 20 large pine tree's in a single yard, not only is it a job to clean the pine straws, it is very much a challenge if any of them fall. They can easily take out a home and possible harm the people living in the home. Again, the South is an interesting place. I liked much better some aspects of California, but here, there are some thing I like but between the instability of the weather in the South... it is not the most ideal in some areas. In Lakewood, I could get up on most morning and go for a walk and the weather was suitable.. here, it will be maybe next month that the weather is good for such, but then by May it may began to be very hot.. Last year we had more than 60 days of over 100 degree heat. with an average of 103-113 degree, and that is simply too hot to do anything outside. ( my dogs don't even like being in such heat)... I'm sure I wrote about it in these blogs. I guess the plus factor to the Southern weather, it probably fits best for having a girlfriend  because, it does seem to dictate more time in the house. I just can't bring myself to want to deal with the level of 'generalized obesity" which is far too common in this area. but to make this work, maybe they need a mass immigration of women from Asian which can help set the tone for people to loose weight, because many Asian locations the women are not fat. Maybe that can inspire some here to loose weight. I have seen some Asian who move her and do become over-weight, but not generally at the same rate as the people who have always lived here. Just yesterday, I spoke with a friend, and he was mentioning that when we were younger and in school, the women simply were not overweight in general... I don't know what happen over the years to cause this wide spread effect. Another wonderful day in the wonders of life.... |

during the days when 90% of the flight attendants were very pretty and equally so required to maintain their weight in a managed spectrum.. I had many many many friend who were flight attendants and very charming to look at  Most of the women I've been with including girlfriends who lived with me, were with flat stomach and not huge breast and nice slender butts. I'm not much driven by the overly voluptuous women. because that is a lot of what can more easily become excess weight if they fail to maintain themselves. slim women won't gain so much weight so fast, I like slim !!!! there are many many guys who like the overly voluptuous women, and I've know guys who did not like women who were under 180 and I've known guys who like them 200+ and the bigger the better is what they felt. so, there is someone for everyone. to each what they like and what they choose is the form of beauty they prefer. It's cool... because I know I prefer slim, they can be slim and tall or the small body petite to the mini petite.. it's ok with me. but one thing she must have and that is a 'happy disposition',.... I'd much rather have a casual non bedroom friendship with a big woman who has a happy disposition, than to have a bedroom friendship with a slim woman who has a selfish and non happy disposition. The more freely a woman smiles, the more beautiful they are. Period !!!!!!!!
