Movies and Stuff.

I simply refuse to watch these movies such as, Zombies, and Walking Dead and this styling of movies.
I also don't care for those "survivor shows", nor those reality shows about "housewives of this or that"..

I've been watching the History Channel, the Military Channel and DVD for the past few months, I've even cut back on the News, because I get tired of hearing all these opinions pushed before the facts are made or laid out.

The news now is no longer the news. except for local news, they actually tell you want is happening in short clips and they shut up, without blabbing about it.

As to political I seek more reputable viewing, such as CSPAN and publications which simply address the facts. I don't need nor care about all the sideline opinions, which try to influence the facts as they are laid out. Just give the facts and let people make their own determination of interpretation.

Cable is outrageously expensive. I'm going to cut mine drastically, the bill continue to creep upwards, they claim it is $139, but every month it is costly 167-172, this is for phone, internet and TV.

I resent the volume of commercials they bombard any show with.

I don't like any of their zombie and walking dead stuff. many channels are filled with Infomercials, or overload on pill commercials.

It is only going to get worse with Comcast buying Time Warner, they will monopolize the cable industry. This is not good for consumers, now Netflix wants to make a contract with Comcast to stream its programming over the Comcast network. Hulu started as free programming, but it was always destined to become a paid service.

Cable News, has nothing but 'talking heads", interjecting their spin on everything. they can't even report a simple story without making themselves the center of the story lines.

I think they have these young kids creating commercials, because many of the commercials are becoming dumber and dumber, pushing the edge of ignorance to a new level.
