dogs got their grooming today.

Yep, another $100... but they look good and I can tell they most certainly appreciate it.

Now, the lawn guy has to come and cut the grass. I've been thinking about buying a lawn mower, but I'd have to make some habit adjustment to develop a regular habit of cutting the grass. I don't think I want a lawn mower you walk behind, but if I do it frequently, that would be ideal for being outdoors and getting exercise. The riding mowers are interesting, but still there are areas it may not get to the same as a walk behind lawn mower.

I want to put a lawn mower and trimmer at the other house, and let them cut their own grass, but they may break the unit and then its become something else I have to repair. ( geez!!)...

Well, the dogs look happy so that is a good thing. then there's the matter of the woman who comes to clean the house, which is another $100...

It's very evident I need to make more money !!!!!!
certain things I should not have to think about. Such as Mortgage(s), Lawns, Utilities, Dogs Care, Fuel and Maintenance for the Car. So the matter is to make enough money, so all these things just fall in place, to set up on the bank account to send the payments to these places. As to paying the expenses: think that might be better than auto debit done by any provider, because providers can do a price hike or something and it is hell to get your money back.
Even still, I would not want to seek out any woman based on her money.

I remember, T-Mobil hit me for $1500, a few years back, when I went to Thailand. I never got my money back, when I could have bought a sim card for less than $50 which would cover internet and phone usage during that period.

I'm still battling with Harley Davidson, I just reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), they have 10 days to respond.

I'm tired of executive created criminal policies. and people who think their title gives them a position of being UN-approachable and think no one is to refute their non performance or their excessive fees.

At this point, again, the dogs look happy with their fresh grooming, and I think they like the perfume smell they get from the bath or how ever they apply it.

Here, people have too many legal loopholes to play with, and they know short of taking them to court, you won't get your money in many situations.

I can tell of a whole list of people, who think their professional title excludes them from doing what they are suppose to do.
This includes, Attorneys, Doctors and Business of Many types and others... I find there is a growing level of ineptitude in these various professions. Because people ride the title, because most people are too intimated by the title to say anything.
I've encounter people in these fields, who are quick to say, "I don't know"... when it is their job to know or to find out.
They are interested in their 'billing habits', because they have far too often been trained to push up the ladder based on 'financial gains status". until the ethnic is the last thing they consider. they play "political correctness games" which means, talk, but don't say anything and don't commit to anything and make no firm determination about anything.

People truly need to be careful, and don't fall for promotional advertising unless the company/individual actually delivers as stated and claimed.

We have so many cases that end up with Federal Charges for false advertising, corrupt policies and many things.
There are may companies, who hire actuaries to help them figure out what their liability cost will be, and they factor that into their model.
Pharmacy companies are notorious for this. They figure I they make a couple of billion, then the paying out a 100 million in liability settlements is part of the business plan. ( I can't think of the correct term for it at the moment).
