Internet Relationships and Money

"Keep Your Money in Your Own Pocket"... if that is the basic rule, then it voids out those who would seek to make "games", "deceptive Money pursuits" and "make a fool out of one or the other".

If you choose to feel you know someone and want to give them a gift, that's your business. but it is also your responsibility to ensure you know who you are giving such a gift unto.

We need to use our brain when we get involved with people on the internet. Occasionally we give relatives or friends money as a gift if you know they have a need but for the most part, it is customary to give someone you care for, a present. We get on the internet and think we are in love and the object of our affection does not wait to see how we choose to express our friendship; they demand money. How can you talk to someone on the internet that you have never seen in person, and decide that your new found "love" deserves your hard earned cash? People are so ignorant. I know a dumb lady who sued a major corporation and made a lot of money. She gave away over $100,000 to some con artist in the Ukraine. Talk about stupid... Then she came to me to find out how she could get it back. I explained to her that $100,000 in U.S. currency is a fortune in the Ukraine and that money has already been spent. Turned out the guy in the Ukraine was using an American's photo and the guy in the photo lived two miles form her. Idiot...
