Being careful about "processed foods", heavily oily foods, and foods that are mixed in combinations which become a collective digestive challenge.

We know so much less about foods than we think, we eat the selections which have historically been denoted as non life threatening in rational and reasonable portions.

to truly learn how to eat, we may need to start future generations off with dietary information's as well as natural horticultural awareness of plants and their properties in regards to nutritional content. BUT, our educational system is not designed for that, it is designed to cover a broad swatch of subject material in a condensed and managed time frame, to prepare people for a workforce environment.

Every day, something is posted about various foods, one day it claims this is good, the next day it claims there are side effects and hidden claims or benefits... and sadly much of this often becomes influenced by the lobbyist and their funding for publicity designed research to promote sales of invoke competitive challenges.

We as people, have become more about "looking good" and far less about any physical function and activity in our lives ....
many sit at desk, or stand on assembly lines or perform some customer service or clerk positions, and most of these are designed for production performance, not over all usage of the body mechanics for health related expenditure of caloric intake.
Heck, we even dress up to go and eat then we sit there posturing to include focus on looking good while we do so.

DIET becomes a illusion of many things, depending on what PR it is structured to promote.
