How to make a change ????


Well, many times we want to change things into a more positive or easy way to deal with those, but do we really mean that change ?
To start the change we want or the improvement has to be present inside us, we cannot ask an aggressive person to calm down in any moment when we can lose our head at other moment, we should be example of the same positive improvement we want in the environment or the people we are related or have interaction with.
Creating environments of trust, appreciation and synergy is not a condition of the environment itself, is a condition that is motivated by the intentions of the subjects who interact inside that environment, for that reason you can improve good qualities by enhancing good habits, like prompt communication , tolerance to mistakes and differences and understanding to certain situations that can have different point of views. Develop inside good attitudes to what happens is the best way to show how a team can work, and as John Nash said:

" Adam Smith was wrong, the best for a team is made when each individual gives his best for him and for the team "

We are all the time making teams, at work, at home , in live, every interaction is a environment that implicit a team formation, for with that implicit are not the conditions to make it work, we need to make it work, not by enhancing criticism on others, but by showing how everything can work better.

The Universe is billion of years old, you wont live even 100, so enjoy more and travel light.

many people care not to think that deep within their actions.. and many only want to try to find the understanding point, 'after" they are hurt, but not always to resolve the situation, but many times to give themselves relief from their guilt's grief.

again, it takes work to live and do so with positive function and inter-related functional exchanges, and our lives is made of the work we embrace to engage.

Many people have many internal triggers, which make them feel they are 'entitled to what they have not put the effort to earn or achieve within their own actions.

What become to be is, one should think about what they do, and make efforts to do the things in a manner to respect what they feel of themselves, be equally so respectful of the same regard about and of others.

then; the simplicity of change, will respect all the complexity which composes the simplicity... then change can flow with the natural process of growth.
