China to rule the world

(Article from newspaper)...
Former Australian Prime Minister,Kevin Rudd had predicted China will overtake the US as the world's biggest economy by decades end-but says there is nothing to fear in that.
Now,as Foreign Minister,Kevin Rudd addressed the Asia Society in New York yesterday and said while spite China had problems with poverty and human rights suppression, there was no evidence it would face an Arab Spring or was looking at the collapse of communist rule.
And he told the rest of the world to accept that fact.
Mr Rudd said while China was not joining the Asian trend to democracy,it wasn't intruding into other countries.
"There is nothing inevitable about some form of Sino-American conflict in the future.
"Such conflict would undermine all of our interests, and in all probability betray our most fundamental values.
Mr Rudd said China's rise to the top of the global economical ladder was almost complete,if not already there.
China OWNS $2 trillion in foreign assets, while the US OWES $2 trillion in foreign debt.
"This will be the first time since the rise of the Spanish Empire 500 years ago that a non-Western power will be the dominant global economic power,"he said.
"It is therefore a subject worthy of the most serious reflection and analysis, not just in Beijing and Washington, but across Asia, across Europe and across the world."
He said Australia's location meant it had felt the winds of change coming from China before many other nations.
Despite China's active charming of nations in Australia's immediate region,Mr Rudd argued that China was not exporting idealogy as part of its influence on the widespread diaspora(the spreading of people from a national group or culture to other areas) to help build the motherland economically.
But nor did China seek to import Western idealogy, and would continue to decline to be held to account for this.
Mr Rudd, who speaks Mandarin and has studied China for 35 years, said it was grounded in Chinese philosophy to seek harmony and avoid chaos.
He said China wanted global peace so it could grow its own economy and enjoy a better life-better than the mass deprivations of the past.
"At the same time,China's leadership seeks to lift international prestige as a proud people with arguably the oldest continuing civilisation on Earth"

so enchanting she delights the soul

China will not become a humanitarian nation as did many Western empires, no matter how much money it acquires. Being a world leader is far more than being about how much money they have. China invades other countries by economic means, not by military means, it also is a number one player in the game of hacking and secret stealing, this is all common knowledge. It has under valued its currency in aims to undermine markets of other nations and tragedy markets to over flood them until they are crippled. These things will over time have a very impacting repercussion on China. What China has not acknowledged to consider as to how backlash works, is the fact there are many many nations with low cost labor that will play closer to the rules, but also do not have a closed system such as communist rule. China in many ways tries to be all things, under the banner of Communist Rule, it tries to function with a democratic style capitalism, but a semi democratic style Hong Kong, and its major cities function with more a capitalist style drive which morphs itself in the wealthy ranks as a plutocratic ensemble of democracy, but always feeding a communist rule.

These are very big matters, because the poor and dire poor provinces still suffer under the hard oppressive side of communist rules. UN-reported is cultural dissension, between various clans within the Chinese cultures. The young in the city are cramped and struggling while the elite in the cities lives with a democratic style luxury who have a globetrotting mentality. The divides are growing the more the wealth of the nation grows. The two cannot meld together quick as it will be necessary, and there is no way to speed the process. The imbalance is too great at this point in the past 30 year rise of China. If failed to meet and sustain its claim of communist style equality for all, it functions like any other nations when greed takes hold and the wealthy in the hands of people closely aligned with the top party associates. Corruption is higher than ever, both internally and the method of dealing with its external business associates is deceptive, but the aim is to undermine by unfair dealing and seeking a to take advantage of any dis-advantage they can seize upon which they feel any other country has. This become a form of being covertly lecherous in its dealing with the world community. Then China wants to stand back and claim itself untouchable, and follow that up with UN-yielding stances.

On the high level political sides this is well known information about how China operates, but when this spread more in the awareness of the people, as China will show more strong handed actions as it is in a dire thirst for natural resources and energy supplies.

already there are major problems, hidden by the control China places upon its media. But the reverberation of awareness is still among the people, and the external communities are well aware of these things. China cannot make the move to turn enough of its population into consumers to match with the output of its factories, therefore it is in dire reliance on exports. the more exports are rejected by foreign nation, the less it can afford to push to turn its own people into consumers.
The ideology of the people is different from the ideology of the nation China relies upon as dumping grounds, Many Chinese are still with a more conserving type of value system when it comes to squandering money on material things. The new generation may be more material, but they also don't have the wide spread of resources to match that urge.
But at the core, China has a very severe problem between males and females. the more material aims the women become, the more dissension exist between the Chinese woman and the Chinese man. As women favor material pursuits over being more devoted to the male and following the traditions of the historic males lead. China previous did not have overt homosexuality nor the explosion in divorces as it has today, and people are not marrying as they once did ... The culture is showing all the signs of being influenced by capitalism and all the vain things which come with it and commercialism which has the power to contort and divert all of the core values China once claimed and this is impacting everything.

China will certainly continue to survive and it will prosper, but how it handles those levels will be a great unknown.
