What Eileen Chang said "Red rose and white rose" ---------Maybe every man has had two such women——at least two. Marry a red rose and eventually she'll be a mosquito-blood streak smeared on the wall, while the white one is "moonlight in front of his bed." Marry a white rose, and before long she'll be a grain of sticky rice that's gotten stuck to his clothes; the red one, by then, is a scarlet beauty mark just over his heart. What they can't get is always the best. The better scenery is always elsewhere. ---------Life is dressed in colorful robes, the top covered with lice. 生命是一袭华美的袍,上面爬满了蚤子。 You have to wear it, enjoy its colorfulness, while enduring the lice on it! --------I want you to know, there is a person in this world waiting for you forever, no matter where and no matter when. As you know, there always is a person. 我要你知道,这个世界上有一个人会永远的等着你, 无论在什么时候,无论你在什么地方,反正你知道, 总会有这样一个人。 There always is a chain ahead, too. Don't know when and where you will come across it and how long it will take to break free. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Elieen Chang: famous writer, was born in 1920 in Shanghai, China, died in 1995 in California, USA. I leave no trace of wings in the air, but I am glad I have had my flight. ---- Rabindranath Tagore |

We certainly as people have a contrasting self, and within such, love reflects often times within and upon these contrast. maybe we must be like a prism, that reflects like what is a diamond, the lights of our hearts, giving no color a preference, but reflecting light with a dazzling array across the spectrum.
