What helps you succeed

Over the past few days I have been thinking about a thing, that a strong will is what made you succeed. If you want to achieve something, with the strong will everything is possible, otherwise, everything is impossible.

I leave no trace of wings in the air, but I am glad I have had my flight. ---- Rabindranath Tagore

Thank you, I met with my appointments for regular check up and often times visited doctors in-between just to have reviews trying to make sure everything stayed good. the strange thing is, I went last May, the check up was said to be good, and even the specific areas, I asked after the exam if all was good, they said, "Yes", I have nothing to worry about, I'm in fine health. Then in June, I visited another appointment I had previously scheduled, and they told me I had reasons for concern. They requested the test, and the rest resulted to require surgery. I am glad and thankful I chose the options I did, as the doctors told me, I made the right choice.

I've read many many many things over the past year. Most material said there was nothing I could have done to prevent the situations. They don't know what causes it. Research and study is ongoing and still to date there is no known thing(s) which they can pinpoint to prevent it.
We'll the good thing is, I can take the treatments here at a local facility, rather than out of town. So I can continue to work and do what I normally do.

Thank you, some things can come unexpected and make changes we did not plan, within this; our aims focus on being well and giving even more into appreciations for our living experiences.

I read many of your recent posts mentioned about your health issue. Please do take good care of yourself. I believe your existance is a precious asset for Chinese FriendFinder on this blogland. If you can't show up on here because of the health issue, it would be a great loss for all of us. At least I will miss you.

I agree with your view on managing the time. A Chinese writer Luxun ever said: Time is like the water in the sponge, if you like, it can always be squeezed out. So that's it.
Thank you for the considerate thoughts. Appreciate your engaging manner in sharing within the blogs equally so.

Over-all after the surgery I am doing well, the treatments is for preventative purposes at this time, I think everything was successfully removed, and no cells escaped to any other place.

Thank you. I have been okay with my work by now. I have been thinking about this question because I have been busy recently, and still want to keep learning something but it's really not easy to find some free time. I just want to tell myself not to give up through a deep thinking about how important the will or determination is on one's way forward.
You will do fine. thinking along these lines helps to find the focus to pursue the resolve and then to support the ability to sustain the efforts.

It matters most that you determine what is 'success" to you, not what anyone else defines what is it to be a "success".

I don't truly care for what others think about measurements when it comes to me, because what is their ideal or aim is fine for them, but mine is what I focus upon.
If you look at the broad world, the many places where many people have limited options and some seemingly have none. Then, when we are able to sustain and pursue the aims we choose, that is and will be part of what we consider in our concepts of what is success to us.

Time is always a factor, there is never enough of it, yet, what there is within our lives is what we get. Everyone gets the same amount of time per day, no more and no less.
We can find ways to re-adjust our time usage, by choice and sometimes we have things which push us to dictate what amount of time we have for personal aims. Yet, it still fits within the 24 hrs ...

I was recently scheduled to go to another city for 7-8 week for treatments, I have been working on the time factor to manage it, but today, I don't have to go away to some place for 7-8 weeks, so it just re-adjusted my time usage drastically. So... Time is something we continually adjust to meet the aims we set or as well as the responsibilities we have to meet. When it comes to health, we adjust our time to take care of it, no matter what we have planned otherwise.

Now for me, I have to focus on adjusting my time, to include a regular exercise routine. I find that is an important things that I must do, if I care to continue living and being able to use the other time within the days.

So, know in the big picture of things, it will all work out... Keep the will power to keep pushing forward with your life and works.

It's important to work for people who have a strong sense of what it means to delegate. Many people in upper management, simply lack that trait. It is evident in companies where employees are somewhat discontent, and micro-managing is dominant.
there are some good websites which talk about some of these management types, who result to hinder companies and cost losses but often time it is not traced far enough within systems to identify and remove these people by the upper level.
Sadly, many people work in a 'cover your butt mode", when they are paid to make decisions and be critical in their thinking. But they quickly instead become self appeasing and create bottle necks.

It is a matter too of what individuals consider to be 'success". some equate it by many things. Therefore within the individual, they must come to terms with what they consider as being success.

Wishing You Good Luck in your working experiences.
