the nice places with the attributes people enjoy.... "requires money"... with that tool, many place can be very nice, and without it they can be hell and or quite near it in challenge and chance. If one has the economic means to reside in a very nice place, they generally require a functioning level of expendable resources to relax and truly enjoy the attributes. The mail box can fill up very quickly with bills...
