Why not look into the EB-5 Visa Program.

Exactly, but if one build a house there are still expense and need for income, (unless one is independently wealthy). Therefore, Investing is not an irregular options, because the income from business can build the home.

I don't think a EB-5 Visa is the way to go. The program has it's restrictions. Building one house does not qualify. Building a home at a cost of $750k? I don't know where this conclusion came from? It did not sound to me Mary wanted to spend that amount on a home.
