The topic should be "Women" as in plural. Yes, you are absolutely right. Women scarified themselves for her children and family. I still can't comprehend nor understand those people in Mid-East who stone women to dead, force women to wear burka, no education for females, women can't drive, ..... while men can marry 4 wives. All humans came out from women. Why treat women as 2ndary citizens? That is the main reason that I will stay in USA because women get more respect and equal treatment than rest of the world. Honesty is the best policy.

No one need to underestimate women, in order to respect men. if people respect each other as individuals and be appreciative of what each contributes to make life function, then we'd all be proud of both woman and man as human beings.
