Yes, definitely I will vote today. I have voted every 4 years since I have naturalized as an U.S. citizen. I think this year is my 8th time to vote for U.S. president. You probably can guess whom I will vote for.

Let's all be adults here and realize that what makes this country great is not only the people, but our system of government and the freedoms it affords us.

Some people just don't understand this.

Because of the governance of this nation, I'm going to continue to have a good life, regardless who wins, Slavery is over, segregation is legally over, and anyone who would try and reimpose such ignorance would get a fight from me. Beyond that, I am continuing to live and work within the framework of the provisions our Governance has established by its Constitution.

I actually met Trump back in the 1990's and shook his hand, but he was not my choice of candidate, and I'm not one to support his appeal to racist groups nor of his stand against the works of President Obama. I've met many many many wealthy people with wide publicity circling them, as well as many many many people with various position of power, but I am not one to have become enamored with them or their wealth to become or be blinded to not acknowledge their character and its challenges.

Kayra:
We are good blogger friends on Chinese FriendFinder for a long time. You certainly know whom I voted for. I read blogs very selectively. I don't read every blog.

This U.S. presidential election in 2016 outcome made many Californians angry, frustrated, ... I was shocked Trump won electoral votes and became the president-elect. He is lucky and Americans liked to hear his political rhetoric. People have forgiven Trump bully and weird behavior, aggressive attitude, ... Trump campaign is like a circus, but people enjoyed. It is sad.

Hillary Clintn won "popular votes". She is a intelligent woman, a brave leader, but she failed to break the "glass ceiling" to be the first female president.

It is so NOT fair, but we have to accept the election outcome. I am thinking to sell my properties and stocks and move to Canada. (New Zealand drive on the wrong side - British way and NZ is too far away). Canada has the most beautiful lake "Louise Lake" and ice field. I miss that beautiful scenery. Both Canada and NZ speak English and very safe.
