Kayra, are you serious about relocating?

Maybe you should try other sites as tagged cause Chinese FriendFinder is so slow.

I've just met an Irish living in the US and we're chatting for the first time, he sounds nice.

On Chinese FriendFinder I met scammers and if not so, someone that let me down.

Kayra,

I am happy with the results I got lately from tagged. I met an Irish and a Scottish and they are good friends hopeful for more.

Here besides friends, I haven't met anyone really interesting...

Maybe relocating gives you new opportunities in love also I hope you pick up the right decision and be very happy!

As Lily jokes with you saying you are so picky, for sure what friends say about you also that someone smart and beautiful like you can not choose anyone for a life partner. I agree. Thank you and wish you the very same!

I think what you do with helping people in the region where you are is exceptional and genuine based on a sincerity to help.

Buying homes and repairing and restoring them could be lucrative, but study locations you care to consider carefully.

in some ways in America, one could get frustrated with this system, and may not like some of the types one may have to deal with in the Real Estate Development sectors, (Depending on State and location within the respective State).

As a supportive thought: Nothing is impossible or too great of a challenge for one who is self motivated and have experiences to back their desires to be successful

I'd like you to go to HUD's website and look up "CHODO" (Community Housing Development Corporation) its a division of HUD's HOME.

(( At least 15 percent of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds must be set aside for specific activities to be undertaken by a special type of nonprofit called a Community Housing Development Organization (CHD . A CHDO is a private nonprofit, community-based organization that has staff with the capacity to develop affordable housing for the community it serves. In order to qualify for designation as a CHDO, the organization must meet certain requirements pertaining to their legal status, organizational structure, and capacity and experience.

With Participating Jurisdiction (PJ) approval, CHDOs may use HOME funds for all eligible HOME activities. However, in order to count towards the 15 percent set-aside, a CHDO must act as the owner, developer, or sponsor of a project that is an eligible set-aside activity. These eligible set-aside activities include: the acquisition and/or rehabilitation of rental housing; new construction of rental housing; acquisition and/or rehabilitation of homebuyer properties; new construction of homebuyer properties; and direct financial assistance to purchasers of HOME-assisted housing that has been developed with HOME funds by the CHDO.

For more information on Community Housing Development Organizations, see 24 CFR 92 Subpart G:

24 CFR 92.208 - Eligible CHDO operating expenses and capacity building costs

24 CFR 92.300 - Set-aside for community housing development organizations

24 CFR 92.301 - Project-specific assistance to community housing development organizations
))
This is valuable information... but it does not exclude one from gaining a Construction License as a General Contractor to be an Independent Construction builder, or Rehab homes as an independent.

Some CHODO's hire "independent developers to do some of the work they get contract and fund allocations to perform).

Here in this city, at one point they had a under listing of CHODO builders, it was the responsibility of Community Development Department to have "certified more", but for some reason they stuck with the few they knew.

HUD, Block Grant Funds which the HOME program functions under has many "target areas' and Municipalities who get these funds have guidelines on time frame to put these funds to usage.

HUD also, I know from personal knowledge from working a HUD based program, is ... when funds are allocated, they must produce result, but also, HUD funds can be better utilized as "seed money" to support larger Community Development projects, which basically means, for example, if a person was "building a community, HUD funds would require a certain number of those homes must be built "as Affordable Housing" suitable to lower income who could not otherwise afford to buy a home within the development.

What I do think would be great for the image or house you showed in your post... would be to "create a plan with PowerPoint presentation" to show how you can build "Homeless Community Housing", because American cities have a great challenges with "Homelessness, and they have not devised a means or method to build to address and resolve the matter".. it would be beneficial to do such a project in conjunction through association with other HUD programs, that provide counseling, therapy and mental health treatment and all such things that can help people with stability.
Then the matter is to consider, that these types of "units could be classified as "Transitional in promotion of Stability Assistance Programming".

I don't know your financial resources background and I not inquiring about that.
But that whatever it is, gathering the right information, is important. HUD is a great research portal to get good broad understanding of how the system works.

I don't know about the nature of friends and family as it would relate to relocation... But.. in America... people when it comes to things that produce money and investments is a very brutal system.

Some people "buy and flip houses"... "some people go into poorer communities and buy up "tax lien property" fix and rent them.

Some people work in areas of Natural Disasters, but here, if the homes are older in very old area that are damaged, a cost prohibitive factor is "Asbestos Abatement".

I don't think you would have a big issue with some areas because of your well kept manner of self, and your intellect and ability to communicate sincerity,

What ever State you consider, research their property construction laws and research what are the categories of statistical study info you can find.

I had friends in LA years before things became so convoluted who owned 1000's of Multi Family Rental Facilities, many were Iranian who had their citizenship, and they became very wealthy. Some of them came with money but some came with the ability to get backing from resources from other Iranians who may have had deep pocket resources both in America and Other places.

A main thing you'd certainly need is an American General Contractors License, by you could always hire someone with a contractors license to handles that requirement. Hopefully the info from your location and the projects you have built would have transferable credits.

There are many doing this type of business. It's called house flipping. Very competitive business and not always as profitable as wanted. Some watch the foreclosure lists (those losing their home from lack of payment or unpaid property taxes).

Lucky ones buy the homes do little repair and sell it. Others buy the home and when the people have left the home have damaged the home considerably.

There is a flipper that lives in my neighborhood. She (and husband) have many homes here most they rent out and sell at a later date.

It can be tricky business but not impossible to do.
