I have p*id in full for a "Rhine and Moselle cruise" in Nov 2018 for the 15 days trip in July 2020. However, due to the pandemic spreading in 2020, I and my Dutch 81 yrs old female friend had to postpone the cruise trip. The travel agency doesn't allow refund, only allow postpone to May 2021. But the agency emailed us again that Europe not allow to travel in 2021 and postponed again to 2022. The Rhine and Moselle cruise including Netherlands (my Dutch friend's country), Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland. Hope I can travel in 2022. I heard Austria fully lockdown the whole country since two or 3 days ago. Honesty is the best policy.
