Find a way to keep yourself healthy The best way of keeping your cardiopulmonary healthy is to do aerobic exercise, such as jogging, cycling, swimming, brisk walking etc. Three times a week, and for 0.5-1.0h each time. So try to find one which suits your time, suits interest best, the most convenient .... pick it up and keep it as your habit. I am taking up jogging and brisk walking. |
