Lily, unfortunately I had to postpone my trip, not for a bad reason, I explain: my nephew passed the test for a university far from here, so I brother had to start paying rent and before that get all the furniture and household app,s o he had so many ezxpenses...

As for me, I started studying at Alliance Française, by that I get some of my fill for France...

Yumi, when the time is right then you can go, but good to have something to look forward to in the future.

Thank you Lily, you are always so positive and show sensibleness in your words. My brother says the trip will be at the right time, that he hasn't given up about it.

it's genetic about my positive attitude......my dad and mum are both at their 90 so it may be the secret of long life.

How nice to know your parents are doing fine at their 90's. My mom is 76 and she has some restrictions for example she takes a lot of medicine.

How about you at 55? Are you as healthy as your parents are?

I wish I will be as healthy as they are at their 90 if I could reach that age. I am currently going through Menopause, not very pleasant. But try to look for the bright side of it. And sometimes I suffer depression too, when it hits me I go out for a walk and look up to the sky and appreciate what nature had provided to us unconditionally then I will feel much better. How's your depression ?

Hi Lily. At the moment I am stable, no depression at all but my medicine let me sleep more than necessary. Somehow the course I have just started is making my days brighter, going to school and meet other students there it's really great!

Is there any particular reason for you feeling depressed?

Yumi, that's good to hear you are stable so you can start off your life again. Then why you still need medicine ?? I would blame menopause caused my depression because the amount of hormone is changing. It's not unusual so I am aware of it and fight for it. You are 48 so you may need to look up and learn about menopause too.

Lily, what I can tell you about me still having to need medicine is that my problem has got no cure only treatment according to doctors. And my family listen to what doctors say and so I need to do the way they ask...

As for menopause, I am not aware of it as I don't have any symphoms that make me feel bad.

Take care Lily.
