HELP

I am a little confused when I make friends on this site. On Chinese dating sites, I can easily judge a person's general character and education by his writing, and then, if there is any simple communication, I can basically judge him. But it doesn't work here. If a person is very enthusiastic about me in a short time, and he listed all his various advantages, he will be regarded as a liar in China. Because Chinese character is introverted, generally will not boast of themselves. But I will hesitate for a moment here ,because I know that Westerners are more passionate and romantic, so maybe this is just normal situation of Westerners. So it's hard for me to judge his real nature.

There is also a language barrier. My English is not very good. I can barely express myself and understand what others mean. If other people's meanings are more euphemistic, I may not be able to understand it. If others are already angry or bored, I can not feel it either. So in communication, maybe I will make others feel emotional or a little strange sometimes.

On the first day when I came here, someone warned me, “be careful, Mulan, 70% of people here are scammers!” But to be honest, I can't tell if he's a liar unless he asks for a bank account directly. So could anyone give me some suggestions?

scammers never ask for your bank account, they tell you their bank account and you sent them money you are young so if you want to leave your country for better life as you mentioned. Why not doing something that is demanded in the country you wish to move then learn about it and relocate it by yourself ? then you can meet all man in your desired location in real, that would be much easier isn't it ??

.

I have considered studying abroad, but I am not young, and my GPA in university is not very good, the application for a doctor is certainly impossible, for master , I can not afford the cost.... so I choose to take the shortcut of marriage. Although I know sometimes shortcuts are not really shortcuts.

You're kidding right?

I've known a few women who read and write English fluently, but have problems speaking as they don't often come in contact with native English speakers. Is that the case with you?
