TO “chinese4me2008”

Even though I've decided since that day to ignore you and stop replying for you, you've been sending me messages and scolding me all the time. Today, I received a message from you again and you said want to tell people “the second side of the story”. I welcome that very much. I deleted the previous conversations between us from my message box several days ago, because I didn't want to see them there, now I regret it very much. If you still keep them, I ask you to paste all of them in here. I believe that facts are the most convincing thing, better than any arguments. And people here must be able to make their own judgments.

You say that by belittling the Chinese and currying favor with foreigners, I aim to gain sympathy and a house. I think it's really funny. The purpose of my visit to Chinese FriendFinder is to get friendship and love, as I said before. I have never asked anyone here for any money, gifts, or even marriage. I am a direct person. I am really dissatisfied with my parents in buying a house. They disappointed me very much. You may say that parents in the West have no obligation to buy houses for their , but the environment in China is like this. Housing prices are so high that few young people can buy their own house entirely on their own savings. You also said that I disgraced Chinese men—-I admit that maybe I was a little emotional when I talked about them, but I said the truth, I can swear I said the truth I saw! Visitors to my blog also include women from mainland China , and they did not refute my views.

I didn't want to respond to you any more . Not because I'm afraid of you, or I feel like I'm in trouble. The purpose of my visit to Chinese FriendFinder is to find friends or a husband, and I don't want to waste time on such meaningless arguments. I also have met some very frank and attractive gentlemen here, and had many pleasant conversations. I am grateful whether they and I can become friends/lovers or not. They broadened my horizons and taught me a lot. But you are a real nuisance! I've never seen anyone like you. I have stopped you from sending messages to me, but I can not stop you from checking my blogs and profile. Thank you for your constant attention to me (you've been checking my profile and blogs all the time), but I don't need it. I hope you could turn your attention to something else.

("chinese4me2008” ----- you did language sexual harassment to me several days ago)

ummmm, that's freedom of speech in the West ! If you want to live in the West, you have to use to listen different opinions in different situtation. You don't need to agree with it but they have the right to say what they think. Or you can go with rationly debate but not everyone can do this. Or, you can chose to ignore it, sure Chinese FriendFinder provide something that you can block someone commenting on your blog, I think it's on your setting. Hope it helps.

This is the guy who did sexual harassment to me

I don't know if this kind of message can be called "freedom of speech "....I didn't reply him since that day ,but he kept on messaging me. Any way , I welcome him to provide more evidence to confirm his judgement of me.

The right to free speech includes things that are unpleasant or even untrue, however it does not include speech designed to cause actual harm. The old example of shouting "fire" in a crowded movie house, in turn causing a stampede to escape and people to be hurt, would be causing harm. Then you get libel, slander, a whole bunch of legalities, but if you can't demonstrate an actual loss, he's pretty much free to run his mouth.

The thing people forget, though, is that one's right to speak does not imply on anyone else a responsibility to provide a channel to do it. You can remove him from your blog, Chinese FriendFinder can ban him from your blog, he can lose his membership. You decide whether to confront him, or allow others to compare your opinions, or just make him go away.

I agree. In public, people should enjoy freedom of speech. But blogs are private, and information is more private

Simple solution: Remove and block.
