4 years already - I was booked to fly to China in March 2020! That would have been a disaster, trying to get home with everything locked down. Are you teaching Chinese in HS? 老鬼

Milan, For the most part, it's over... I am hearing reports of people getting sick. They have flu-like symptoms with respiratory problems that linger for several weeks. In South Florida, we have many seasonal visitors. Unrelated to each other, two interior designers I've worked with, had clients from the North fly into town for meetings, Both women tested positive for COVID, reportedly from contact with the clients. Be safe... Old Ghost... it's good to see you in the blogs!

This comment was denied, no idea why ... I'll change some secret words and see @chat I had to laugh - our old 'friend' has b-l-o-c-ked me from her b-l-o-g, not realising that you can view b-l-o-g-s without logging in. Not that I would look anyway, but I came across a google link which told me I am b-l-o-c-k-e-d! U r responsible for ur life: You do not have permission to view this blog.

Covid after-effects have been long-lasting. I still cannot smell or taste food, except for chilli of which I consume even more. I lost weight and sense of balance, and had to give up riding the bike. Balance must have returned because I could take bicycle tours in Spain and Italy, from whence I have just returned. I'll research an ebike coz they were quite fun, even on the cobbles of the Appian Way.
