I've learned in my lifetime so far that you can't help who you fall for and no matter how hard you try and how much it hurts you everyday that you just wanna be with them or just talk to them you never stop trying to make them happy by the little things you say or do because thats what makes your life worth going on for.

Friday the 13th - Frankenmeat

Since it is Friday the 13th, I thought this would be a good story for today. While driving to
work, I heard a news story on the radio. University of Georgia poultry science has found a way found a way to transform the dark meat of the chicken into the more desirable white meat by removing its fat content and color. They grind the meat up, add excess water and make essentially meat slurry, then centrifuge it at a high speed, which breaks up the meat. What settles out are the raw, extracted layers. The result: a moldable white meat. Neutral in flavor and not intended to be serve by itself but with other chicken products. In some ways, it's like tofu. For the people that do not know, chicken thighs are dark meat and chicken breasts are white meat.

I actually like dark meat since it has more flavor and taste.

Yeccchhh! I am not sure which is worse: the word “slurry” makes anything tastes better, or the fact that people are keeping you from eating real chicken dark meat. Soon to hit the shelves at grocery stores...the future is not bright.

"I like work. It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours." (Jerome K Jerome)

It's friday. I am entitled to a break.

If you want creative and productive workers, give them enough time to play.

“The decision to kiss for the first time is the most crucial in any love story. It changes the relationship of two people much more strongly than even the final surrender; because this kiss already has within it that surrender.” - Emil Ludwig

Beautifully put.

My Most Memorable Relationship

My most memorable relationship was with a man who I met through aff. He replied to my profile last year. We e-mailed each other a few times and talked over the phone. We both felt pretty comfortable communicating over the phone that we decided to meet within a week. I can describe him as the most romantic guy that I have gone out with. He bought me roses on our first date.
He got me roses of my favorite color. I can say he charmed me on our first date. He has such a nice voice which just melt me like butter. He is a perfect gentleman. We started to see each other every weekend after that. Everytime, he always brought me a bouquet of roses and each time a different color. Both of us were divorced and was hurt from a previous relationship which brought us closer to each other. There wasn't anything that we couldn't talk about. We were very attracted to each other. Our first kiss can be described as sweet and tantalizing at first and passionate. We held hands all the time. He would give me a loving hug from time to time. I had a warm and fuzzy feeling all over when I was with him. The relationship lasted for seven months. It took me 1 month to get over him. Some days, I can still smell the fragrant of the roses that permeated throughout my living room. Painful as it is, I would have go through it again just to experience that giddy feeling.

Love is...

What is love? It is hard to define. Is it the infatuation that we have as teenagers?
It is a deeper and stronger feeling. I think it is a selfless feeling that you have toward someone. You always think of that person ahead of yourself. Love is something that last through time and trials. Love is doing something for someone and not expecting something in return. Being there for that person. Missing that person when the person is not there.

What is love? Is it the love that we see between parents and their ? You will always do things out of love for your . Does love between a man and a woman exists? If people fall in and out of love, is it still considered as "love"? What is love between a man and a woman?

When you look at him/her while holding hands and think to yourself that this is the person you want to share your life with. You can see yourself growing old with that person. When you look at him/her whether at age 60,70, 80...you still find him/her sexy. Perhaps, that is love between a man and a woman.

I created my profile on Chinese FriendFinder about five years ago. At that time, I was only looking for pen pal. I met someone from here. We wrote each other daily. Well, we made a good attempt at exchanging e-mails daily. We have a lot in common and clicked right away. It was nice to have someone to exchange thoughts, ideas, and opinions. I have gotten some
great advices and insights on how the opposite sex think and feel. We still remain great friends
to this day. I think he is kind of groovy. It is pretty cool to have a guy just as a friend.
