The melody, making the drama of the flow, the intensity of the tone, and the dynamics of the drive within the rhythm, steady but moving with the skip, walk, slide and sprint of a trek down a winding hilly road, that curves with the nature of the terrain.
and such is life in the caption of a song....
The mental caption for the visual to accompany sound, and seeking the words to put within the song, the previous thought was, "the mist within the shadows of love" - but the music evokes so many variations of thought. crafting the words to convey the feeling is many things.
quite prolific, a mixture of feelings with deep passions, and playful moments, with burst of delight, giving passions the free flow of a feather in the wind.
Seeking the captions to present the images to meet with the music, and blending the words to convey much, and the crafting of song, takes on the realism of many variables.

I must get myself a midi controller, and music editing software program, I have a good video blending software. Also, to get an addition keyboard would be a great addition to have also. I have the tape type of digital video unit, but still an upgraded system, would be excellent to have, to create a full production studio. the added touch, of collaborators, who seek equally so, to create artistry for the caption of beauties presentation, of what can be felt within the hearts of the human existence.
There are such amazing things which can be made with sound and images to captions thoughts of the beauty within what is life.

I keep hearing people talking about "true love", Love is simply Love, one may prefer one love over another, but if it's about love, it is true because it's love. therefore all love is true. and it remains true, until it become untrue and no longer about love.
but when people say this "true love", it is almost as if they expect some perfect harmony, and love itself is not a continual flow of harmony, it is a blending of harmonious and inharmonious things, which means it remain being love as being what it is, by the combining of such, which make it true of itself, through finding means to meld the harmonious with the inharmonious; while still encompassing the care to share and the sharing with care, which we sum up to be, loving.
beyond that, people simply have to be honest in expression, and to do so, that means they deal with the harmonious things, as well as the inharmonious things, with a sense of honesty in and of self, and they share that mutually with each other.
far too often, men get caught by the look, and fall for such things, as being dictated to. some women, get men to think of her as being better than him, therefore, she is always bent on feeling like she has a right to change him.
and that means, some things one will like more than other things, and some things will agitate and maybe even irritate but the over all, is to learn ways to see things, not just through ones own eyes, but via the eyes of the other.. and that means.. people must communicate. then such truths shared, keeps the doors of love open ..

A system filled with hype, with many collusive embedded components, makes not only a mockery but a madness of the sphere of employments atmosphere.
learning is always a valuable function, equally so, learning is always an ongoing activity. Things change, and business modifies, and always within any job, and every job. There is the need to train.
Process is simplified, by step upon step functions. The delusion of the average job, as being with a requirement of a degree, is a fallacy in fields, outside of certain categories.
Skill level at the decision making level, is more an ambiguity than a science. The system pays a unreasonable premium in these ranks, for what amounts many times to the simplicity of common sense.
We've seen astronomical failure at these levels, which has not only cost the loss of industry, it has collaterally cost the demise of whole cities, in a systemic process. Poor models, poor choices, poor decisions, and poor over-all performance, and poor capability to review and revise. And what we experienced in 2008, on a Global level, was the exposure of fact, many who held such position, not only did not have a clue as to what happen, they were blind to know the trends, therefore they could not forecast with any ability to pay attention.
Ultimately, they did not have in-depth knowledge nor awareness, and were proven to be incapable of making timely adjustments, or knowing when to hold ground and manage their internal business.
the hail of degree, the hail of status, and the hail of title, followed with pay that was beyond reason and without justification, as well as, the lack to identify these leaders as being simply employees of a corporate system.
the Result, bonus was paid for failure, and golden parachutes provided when they exit before the eminent crash is made public.
The ingredients for economic constructed demise. What results is economic and industrial treason against and upon a nations own industrial complex. this become collateral in impact, to produce a decimation of the lively hoods of citizens and thus in turn, becomes the decline of cities, and their localized stature and ability to perform and progress.
What's our option ?

This comes close to the equation of what the President of the nation is paid. Somewhat at a rate, 20 times the Minimum Wage, per hour, based on 8 hr days. this is applicable to companies that generate income of 30 million upwards.
companies below 30 million, the rate would adjust downwards, at a base of say, 10 times, the lowest employee salary paid per hour.
Not only will America return to profitability, the wage at the bottom will increase in direct % factor to the wage compensation at the top.
bonus compensation, shall not exceed 10 times what the average employee receives. Then any bonus will also carry a % factor that fits with the model of the company.
If they want more, then use their own money to buy their own stocks in the company. This unlawful transfer of ownership of public companies to hired executive, by issuance of stock options, is an encroachment upon a public entity, which should be unlawful, to transfer such volume of ownership interest to a hired employee, who is paid a salary to perform.
No problem if they are provided a fixed amount clothing allowance, Lunch expense, vehicle expense, and entertainment expense.
All with a Fixed cap, on each category. Anything else they need for business, is charged to the company, in a well managed program.
No more of this hail the degree, and play patronize the title. it has simply killed this nation, its industry and the morality of its work force, and made investors less trusting of these titled individuals.
If they perform well and the company prospers greatly, then raise the pay at the bottom, and the top pay will rise accordingly.
Close the door on this degree based escalation, if they want a promotion, then come into the company and earn it, by putting the time in grade to do so.
The military is successful in how it promotes, because it has fixed minimum of time in grade before advancing to the next grade.
We need corporate governance, more than we need many other things, and when we create a solid model of corporate governance, not only will business began to perform, they will return to making quality within products, and providing superior service to its customers.
No longer can nor should companies be run by the stock ticker, because the money never reaches the corporations floor. it is a paper game, played far and away from the actual realism of the corporation. The only thing the corporation gets is, value rating on their interest rates, to borrow more.
but likewise so, this will force companies to do managed borrowing, and well defined usage of borrowed capital.
This also will rule out, excessive expansion, and un-managed growth. Then we will learn to build strong and solid corporations, that will have the capability to shift, change and modernize with a pace that meets the demands of the market, with reasonable progress.
Goons in suits and Goonette's in fancy dress, claiming title and pomp and pageantry of degree, has taken down a nation, decimated its industry, and killed entire cities, and left neighborhoods in shambles. All for their self glory, and over compensation of self, based on a cycle of exaggerated claims. companies grow because of all who make up the company.
We've seen more criminals in the executive ranks, loot, rob, swindle, and commit every crime imaginable that cost loss so great its without ability to be measured.
yes, there needs to be decision makers, but one also may need to question puppet boards, where the CEO is also the Chairman of the Board.. what a collusive situation, when Boards should render unbiased advice on course, direction, goals and other such matters.

BEIJING – More than 30 Chinese government officials have been ordered to relinquish their membership of a luxurious golf club in the wealthy eastern city of Wenzhou after a torrent of online criticism, state media reported on Friday.
The Wenzhou Golf Association (WGA) charges 398,000 yuan ($58,583) for membership -- about 40 times the average annual income of farmers in Zhejiang province, where Wenzhou is located.
The WGA was launched Monday and included a number of local officials, such as a vice mayor as honorary chairman and a deputy secretary-general of the city government as the chairman, according to the Chinanews service.
Reports about the WGA provoked a backlash on the internet and the vice governor of Zhejiang province and Wenzhou's Communist Party boss intervened to order the officials to quit.
"They are waving the government whips, grabbing the company cash, and taking the part-time posts," one Internet commentator was quoted as saying in the Communist Party mouthpiece People's Daily.
China's ruling Communist Party has repeatedly vowed to stamp out official corruption, a key source of public discontent as the booming economy gives senior officials many opportunities to use their power for private gain.
The paper said some officials claimed they had not been informed they were given membership, which would be equivalent to several years salary.
Golf is an elite sport in China. There are no public courses and the estimated 450 clubs charge huge membership fees -- $250,000 in the case of Beijing's Pine Valley club.

this should be illegal, people trying to "buy office"..
there should be a different method to political funding, with stern controls, which returns the election process back over to the people, but also, people have to be smart. No matter how much a persons spends of their own money, it should not given them an office seat, attention should be given to the "issues", and the value points their issues, address of the America people and the communities they reside.
people better get politically aware of what are the issues, and stand to support them.
people also, may well need to stand up, against lobbyist and the courts, taking away the democratic process.
California voters, denied marriage for gay people, then the court comes in and take away that democratic process of voting decision.
Now, this candidate, who has excess wealth, now wants a political position, and they can't earn it by identifying with the social values of the people, so they try to buy it by saturation of dollar based advertisement. all the while, the people get hoodwinked and distracted from the real issues, and caught in the drama of what money makes spin.
Californians may need to wake up, they fell for it once, when it let a action media movie star, take the lead seat in the state, and since then, it has been downhill with every program within the state, in dis-array..
and yet, the people have not awakened.
It appears, that citizens are not paying attention to the demise of communities one after the next. Even the mess in the City of Bell, where the city leaders paid themselves amounts which equal, 10 times (plus), of what the medium income average is slated to be. All for doing nothing, and sliding in changes, that gave them these options to do so, and the people remained unaware.

We saw a mafia styled organization decimate America for 8 yrs, and people remained unaware, until collapse not only took down a nation, but crippled the global economy, while distracting it with trumped up wars, and talk of terrorism, while the looting reached every crevice of the nation and global sphere.

While visiting the bank, they had a 4 panel painting, depicting the history of the city, something looked quite familiar about the style of it. while talking with the Teller, she stated the painting was done in the early 1940's, about the time frame after Roosevelt, created the program to stimulate the economy by funding artist to do art work in State and Federal buildings.
I guess the large banks got in on the style as well, equally so, they have taken great care of the work. It looks fresh and brilliant.
She also advised me to tour the historic valut, they have downstairs. "WOW"... It was originally designed for the Bank of Tokyo, but then the war broke out, and the makes or it decided not to deliver it to the Japanese Bank. They installed it instead in this building.
It's massive, but it is well preserved, and there is a glass enclosure for viewing but, the teller, told me if I care to return, she will give me a tour inside the vault.
there are some old things downtown, one building, I think is quite amazing, but it is closed. I would assume it has an Asbestos issue, but it certainly should be preserved and re-opened. It was build during the era when quality craftsman ship was put into things.
There also is a old Ornate temple, which sadly is closed, it has great windows, with stained glass, but it is left to decay. How sad, these relic are in such unmaintained conditions.
looking about the city, and thinking of how it was originally designed and the lay out of navigation, it has all the potential to be grand, on a moderate scale, but the vision, and the investment is needed to restore it. Unfortunately the volume of investment needed is beyond anything this region will even consider to entertain.
It's good to see, things like the work within the bank, being preserved.

far and beyond the single dimension thoughts, and far beyond the wants of individuals to be with dictatorial or lecture styled commentary, subject matters will always expand.
Far and beyond the conceived thoughts, there is always a world of much wrapped within the making of what is a subject, as there is also a limitless end as to how and what that subject can and will connect unto.
An expanded mind, pursues as well as engages the association of points and premise, and what it reveals is, that points are simply pegs within the spectrum of what a subject expands to encompass.
We've experienced what short sighted thinking has created, in a world economy which collapsed, and corporations which have folded, as well as uprising which were not seen to be developing, where the under-currents had it already at over-flow realism.
Expanding the Mind, opens up awareness to see beyond the closed caption of a perspective, likewise it opens the realism of understanding to acknowledge there are many strings connected to a single point, as there is 360 degree angles to a circle, and more if one seeks to go that deep.
if one is unable to grasp the concept, think of a disco ball or a spiked ball, which has many spikes, all with a line to the center.
viewing any one stand, does not negate the others, nor does it disconnect any of the others, from the center.. it is simply an angle of perspective among many, all reflecting light from the core. Expanding the mind - with such perspective awareness, can help many, understand the points and perspectives of relevancy...

The Good news:
It was a normal day in Sharon Springs , Kansas , when a Union Pacific crew boarded a loaded coal train for the long trek to Salina ...
The Bad news:
Just a few miles into the trip a wheel bearing became overheated and melted, letting a metal support drop down and grind on the rail, creating white hot molten metal droppings spewing down to the rail.
The Good news:
A very alert crew noticed smoke about halfway back in the train and immediately stopped the train in compliance with the rules.
The Bad news:
The train stopped with the hot wheel over a wooden bridge with creosote ties and trusses.
The crew tried to explain to higher-ups but were instructed not to move the train!
They were instructed that the Rules prohibit moving the train when a part is defective!
