average, it takes about ten years for a young mango tree bear fruit.
Earlier this year, I sold a house with a tree that usually bears 300 mangoes per year.
This new tree is from one of those mangoes and hopefully, I'll get have some great fruit... in a decade!

Sometimes, I think I have a fan club on Asia Friend Finder.
Different women check me out repeatedly.
Easily a few times a week that they view my profile.
I'm not sure why as there is nothing to see.
Really, an older guy with lots of hobbies making an attempt at retirement.
One woman used to hotlist me a few times a month... until I blocked her.
Sorry darling, It's better that way.

If any of you actually read my blogs, you will know one of my hobbies is reporting scammers. Until the coronavirus hit, my efforts have worked as any offending profiles would disappear within a day or two.
Life must have changed with the number of people monitoring this site as scammers aren't disappearing as expected.

Attached are screen shots of three profiles using the same photo.
Two of them have nearly the same name, obviously created by the same person.

Yes, they were reported as fraud and the profiles remain active.

Kurt's Guitar...

Last week at an auction, the iconic guitar that Kurt Cobain used on the MTV episode of UNPLUGGED fetched the amazing price of six million dollars. That's double to what the auctioneers had predicted.

The guitar itself, a rare Martin D-18E (number 7 in a production of only 302) had been butchered by the addition of 2 pickups and electronics (right handed) before Cobain had it strung left-handed.

On November 18, 1993, Cobain played this guitar for 14 songs taped on the show Unplugged in New York at the Sony Music Studios. He died on April 5th, 1994.

Fraudulent gold members...

One of the biggest complaints this site brings are the amount of fraudulent profiles, aka scammers. I report the ones I find that are using photos of famous people.
Typically, they get removed from the site within a day or two. Since the virus, that hasn't been the case and it's understandable.
As we all know, the only thing a standard member can do is look at your profile, hotlist you and favorite you. All these things are passive. Should you not want to be bothered, you have the option to block the member and make them disappear!

Only paid members can send messages and I state in my profile that I don't read them. Other than blog comments, it's a waste of time trying to contact me that way.

From time-to-time when I see a bogus profile using a stolen photo, I'll report them. However, being a gold member appears to have immunity from site elimination.

Today, I noticed new gold member Janet32000 listed as a 60 year old woman from Florida. The photo is stolen from adult model Eva Lovia. Her photos appear on dozens of bogus profiles on several dating and social media sites.

Always check your batteries. Many have a 10 year guarantee but they often fail before the expiration date.

I heard we're back and it's safe to reopen businesses.
That's not for to decide.
Open what you deem necessary, but my choice would be not to work for another month.
I started with a new company in March that was closed to the public.
While I didn't have an income, it was a much needed vacation.

Checking with the people in my circle of family, friends, and coworkers and all have good reports. One friend 40 miles from me lives in a gated community with 8 single family houses. Four got the virus and one of them died.
While zero would have been great, it was a low percentage and would have been greater if we didn't follow a stay home order.

As far as 'being back' today, I was at the local grocery store Publix. It's a big chain with locations all around Florida and many in Southeastern states.

This is the current status of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and napkins.

As you can see, we're not really 'back'

I haven't checked testing. I heard on local TV another center opened in my county.

I'm thinking of the possiblity of retiring China for a few months out of the year and concerned about an income. Jokingly we talk about opening a shop make Italian pizza.
I've been experimenting with the help of my wife (who does a better job) and usually finished where I abandon a failed attempt.
