I see Chinese FriendFinder implemented some new menu selections.... nice. I see we can watch members with live webcams now... I'm thinking I/M hasn't worked in weeks. Chatroom stats haven't changed in 4 days... the majority of people who viewed my profile appear to be online day and night... stuck? While I welcome some new features, I'm disappointed in the amount of non-functioning standard features.

It's not my imagination of the last 35 women who viewed my profile have been online for 2 days. No new viewers and no change on the main page. The 20 people listed in the chat rooms hasn't changed either. Obviously something is stuck. Seriously stuck.
When we were , if the TV wasn't working correctly, we would bang the side of the case and it would amazingly make things work!
That said, will someone PLEASE kick the server that hosts Chinese FriendFinder and see if we can get things working again.

The youngest woman who 'hotlisted' me is 28 years old, followed by one who is 29 and several who are 30 to 35. The next group are from 45 to the oldest being 54 years old.
If you scan my profile (and any standard member can do this) you will see the 2nd sentence reads: If you don't have a photo or are younger than 43... don't bother...
That was pretty clear... wasn't it?
I'm wondering 'what were they were thinking' when they clicked to add me to their hotlist.
We don't chat. We don't pass emails. I don't look at their profiles and... they don't look at mine. But... I'm on their hotlist.
I will admit, there is one 39 year old woman living in the US who is a gold member that I find strikingly beautiful. She has looked at my profile several times and I have scanned her profile a few times too. Obviously she reads (and understands) English as she hasn't made any contact with me, nor has she added me to her hotlist.
Smart girl!
I'm not a blabbermouth so I won't tell you about the 41 year old...

BYD Chinese electric car...

I was going through some of my photos today taken when I visited Nanning Guangxi China. One weekend, I went to the auto show at the Nanning Expo Center and saw so many really interesting cars there.
In the parking lot was a very small red car with the marking BYD.
I've always had a fascination for little cars... and this one was no different.
Last week a Nanning woman looked at my profile and she was in front of a little red car. I don't know if she has one but I 'Googled' BYD tonight and it brought up their website.
BYD stands for Build Your Dreams. It appears they are a very technologically advanced manufacturer based in Shenzhen. They produce several models of electric cars and a bus.
I'm impressed.
I wasn't able to search the website tonight but I plan to revisit sometime this weekend.
BYD.... Build Your Dreams.

Confirmed ID's and duplicate profiles...

I was looking around the website tonight and viewed the page for confirmed ID. There was a link to another page... a list of members who were recently confirmed.
Two of these members have DUPLICATE PROFILES.
This has me thinking... you see, if I were to open a new profile and get a confirmed ID, I would receive 1,000 points. After I used up the points, I could simply OPEN ANOTHER PROFILE... and get 1,000 points again.
Well, I don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out this game.
Do you believe in reincarnation?

I will say it again. A lie is a lie...
On another dating site, members have the ability to block messages from users who don't match their requirements for age, education, location, marital status, etc.
I understand and accept that.
However... a high percentage of profiles I have viewed (20-25 percent) the women say (usually in their introduction) they are much older (7-10 years) than what their profile lists.
A lie is a lie. Oh... did I mention this before?
Tell me you are looking for a man who is honest and has integrity, but you lured him to you based on a lie.
You are older and he probably wouldn't consider looking at your profile as it's out of his range for searching.
Okay... I said it and feel better for saying it!

It appears Chinese FriendFinder suffered a stroke in the wee hours of the morning.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and resuscitated the mainframe using oxygen, beeswax and two hits of Red Bull energy drink.
As far as I can tell things are back the way they were Friday night.
I see the counter of online members is about half of what it usually is.
While the website was down, I suspect about 1200 people actually did things outside the internet.
Those things are called life!
