This is why we should meditate on flowers – on their shape, colours and fragrance – to get to know the nature of the beings that possess such garments, and not only on flowers but on everything that exists in the different kingdoms of nature – the mineral, vegetable, animal and human kingdoms. A crystal, a diamond, a precious stone – these are the clothing or body in which a spiritual entity has incarnated to manifest itself."

A human , on the other hand, develops slowly, obviously due to the extreme richness and complexity of human nature. There are so many elements that have to be put in place, both physically and psychically, before can be in full possession of their faculties! And until they are, they need their parents’ help and protection.
But our evolution as human beings does not stop when our father and mother have fulfilled their role in this regard, for we are also spiritual beings who must constantly progress. This is why, on the spiritual plane, humans will always be in need of their parents – their heavenly Father and divine Mother, who manifest themselves through their soul and spirit. If humans are to draw closer to these divine parents, they must acquire great knowledge, and the more they allow themselves to be guided by them the more enlightened they become. "

As this matter enters their body, it provides them with the elements it possesses, and in return it receives something from them, from their feelings, their thoughts and their aspirations. Because of their psychic, spiritual faculties, human beings belong to a much higher level of evolution than the matter they absorb. So, by enabling it to pass through them, they transform it, enrich it and spiritualize it."

‘A declaration of love’… There are many things that could be said about this phrase. Men and women are so used to declaring their love in concrete ways: talking, writing, gestures; but in fact by this way, they imprison the one they love. And if they claim that it’s the strength of their feelings that makes them act in that way, then they are really admitting a weakness. Those who truly love do not express it; it is not necessary, for the love is felt – it radiates out. The only means of attracting love that we have the right to use is light – it is also the only truly effective one.

Our hands are a means of communication with other human beings and they can also be a means of communication with nature.
Therefore, as soon as you open your window or your door, every morning, you should salute the sky, the stars, the trees, the lakes... the whole of nature.
You ask, ‘What is the point of doing that?’ Well, it is to connect you directly with the source of life, for nature responds when we greet her.
When you walk past a lake, a mountain or a forest, greet them and talk to them. When you get out in the morning, greet nature and the angels of the four elements, the angels of air, earth, water and fire - and even the gnomes, water-sprites, sylphs and salamanders. And greet the trees, the rocks and the wind, also.
Try doing this and you will experience an inner feeling of balance and harmony: many unclear elements and misunderstandings will disappear, simply because you have decided to greet living nature and her creatures.
When you will be able to maintain a living bond with the whole of nature, you will feel true life flowing into you.
